Check out some clips from our interview with Mike Larsen, researcher at the York Center for International and Security Studies. Mike gave us a broad perspective on the use of Security Certificates within the prisons, detention centers and the courts. In these clips Mike explains some of the considerations in the construction of the Kingston Immigration Holding Center (KIHC), dubbed "Guantanamo North," where Almrei, Harkat, Jaballah, Mahjoub were held.
