Check out some clips from our interview with Mike Larsen, researcher at the York Center for International and Security Studies. Mike gave us a broad perspective on the use of Security Certificates within the prisons, detention centers and the courts. In these clips Mike explains some of the considerations in the construction of the Kingston Immigration Holding Center (KIHC), dubbed "Guantanamo North," where Almrei, Harkat, Jaballah, Mahjoub were held. He also outlines some of the problems that disturb him with the current measures being implemented. Hope you find these interesting.

Hey All,
Just wrapping up from HotDocs. We had some really thought provoking conversations and made some great connections with some wonderful people. Unfortunately though...not enough time to actually catch as many films as we would have liked :)
While we didn't hit our 15k goal before the festival, we did break 14K last week! Thank you all! The many, many people we met throughout the 11 days of the festivals, most of which are very familiar with crowdfunding campaigns for films, were thoroughly impressed with our progress. We could not have done it without your support, so thank you all again!
Now onto planning an event happening in Montreal at the end of the month.
